Where are training facilities located?

Training is conducted across four New Jersey locations: Carteret, Parlin, Metuchen, and Lawrence Township. Specific location requests are generally not accommodated unless prearranged. Facility selection is determined by factors including weather conditions and client proximity.

How do I request group sessions?

Group session eligibility is based on athlete skill level and tenure with One of One Performance. Final placement is at Coach E’s discretion.

What is the duration of training sessions?

Private sessions: 45 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes

- Group sessions: 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours

Do you offer film study sessions?

Yes. Film study sessions are available virtually. For details, submit inquiries via email or text

How are online/virtual sessions structured?

Virtual sessions are customized to the athlete’s needs, including physical training, film analysis, or mentorship.

How many sessions do you recommend weekly?

- Beginners: 2–3 sessions/week

- Advanced athletes: 1–2 sessions/week
